Precautions recommended for use of acrylic
material:
Temperature: for sheet material at a temperature
above 100¡æ it get softened so better avoid
using in high temperatures.
Storage: it is a kind of very hard material
and its surface hardness equals to that of
aluminum. During handling and storage precaution
should be observed to protect its surface,
in case scratches or surface damages occurs,
polish it with abrasive can recover its surface.
Dusting: when it gets dirt, better use soft
fabrics dipped in soap water (@1¡æ), try not
to use dry material for dusting, for dry fabrics
will cause electrostatic.
Heat expansion: acrylic glass has very high
heat expansion ratio and its expansion rate
is nine times big as metals. So during installation
or fixing consideration should be taken for
heat expansions. |
